For the third layer, spoon goat yogurt evenly across tomato mixture. Fourth layer? Evenly layer chopped cilantro on top of goat yogurt. Scoop guacamole over cilantro for the fifth layer.
For the sixth layer, place chopped peppers on top of the guacamole. Lastly, for the seventh layer, sprinkle raw sheep cheese on top. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
