How to Make A Berry Collagen Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 can coconut milk
  • 1 scoop Multi Collagen Protein Vanilla (or turn this into a chocolate smoothie by using MCP Chocolate)
  • 1 cup frozen berries (no sugar added)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Place ingredients in a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend into smooth. Add cold water if you desire the smoothie to be more liquid-like.
