Skip the bottled salad dressings full of inferior oils and cheap sweeteners. Instead, make this classic Honey Dijon Vinaigrette recipe that goes will nearly any kind of salad.

This is the best time of year to start making fresh salads, with an abundance of fresh greens, radishes, carrots, etc. at your local farmer's market. And you'll be delighted to know that one of the ingredients in this recipes comes in part from our own farm: Herbal Cider Vinegar!

Key Ingredients

Herbal Cider Vinegar: This first-of-its-kind formula combines apple cider vinegar with over 10 organic, regenerative superfood ingredients, most of which are grown on our own organic, regenerative farmland.

Olive oil: Real, high-quality extra virgin olive oil has well-researched anti-inflammatory compounds, antioxidants that fight free radicals and numerous heart-healthy macronutrients.

Raw honey: Unfiltered and unpasteurized, raw honey means no processing or heating to decrease its natural vitamin and mineral content.

Dijon mustard: It surprisingly is an excellent source of many nutrients, including dietary fiber, calcium, iron, magnesium and potassium. Dijon mustard also imparts a tangy and sharp flavor with a touch of spice.
