Chocolate Keto Brownies Recipe
Posted by AN Wholesale on
Brownies are an after-dinner treat or snack staple for a reason. The chewy, gooey, chocolatey treats are hard to beat. With these low-carb, keto and Paleo friendly brownies, you won't even notice the ingredient swaps!
This simple recipe uses only six ingredients and takes about 30 minutes to make. We used Keto Protein Chocolate, which contains 11 grams of fat, 15 grams of carbs and only 3 grams carbs per serving — perfect for a keto dieter. But you can also substitute Multi Collagen Protein Chocolate, which doesn't contain any carbs but includes 9 grams of protein per serving.
Best news for keto dieters who still want a sweet once in a while? Only 2.2 net carbs per brownie!
How to Make Keto Chocolate Brownies
Take out 12 tablespoons of butter (grass-fed preferably) and 3 eggs and let sit at room temperature for an hour before starting recipe.
Preheat the oven to 350° F. Then line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper, covering the bottom and sides.
In a saucepan, melt together the butter and dark chocolate over low heat. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and stir in the melted butter and chocolate mixture. Stir in the remaining dry ingredients until well mixed.
Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake for 20 minutes. Check brownie mix with a toothpick that should come out cleanly. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before cutting and enjoying!
