How to Make Vanilla Collagen Protein Ice Cream
First, soak the cashews in filtered water for at least four hours.
When the cashews ready, blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender (or food processor) except cashews until creamy and smooth. Add water as needed to keep the mixture circulating through the blender.
Once mixed well, add the drained cashews and blend until smooth and whipped.
Transfer mixture to a bowl and chill in the fridge until desired consistency is achieved, or place in freezer for about 30 minutes.
