Honey Matcha Latte with Collagen

- 1 tsp ceremonial grade matcha
- 1 scoop Multi Collagen Protein
- 1 tbsp manuka honey
- 8-10oz Water
- Add 1 tsp of ceremonial grade matcha, 1 scoop of Multi Collagen Protein and 1 tbsp of manuka honey to a high-powered blender?
- Add 8-10oz warm water
- Blend for 1-2 minutes on high
- Pour over ice
- Optional: top with frother coconut or oat milk
