Blueberry Keto Smoothie Recipe

Posted by Ethan Boldt on

As Ancient Nutrition co-founder Jordan Rubin says in the below video,"Drink this smoothie and you may not be hungry for 5 to 6 hours."

In other words, this Blueberry Keto Smoothie fits the keto diet perfectly, as it's loaded with healthy fats and has only about 11 net carbs. Healthy fat come via avocado, coconut milk, almond butter and pumpkin seeds. Blueberries and cardamom add more flavor and antioxidants. Yum!

The power ingredient is Keto Protein Vanilla, which has high-quality protein and fat from chicken bone broth and coconut MCTs plus energizing antioxidant and adaptogenic herbs. On top of that are 50mg of caffeine from organic coffee fruit.

Have it in the morning to power you through half your day!
