Butter coffee has quickly become a staple for keto fans. We used coconut butter here, but feel free to swap out for ghee or grass-fed butter. This recipe takes your normal butter coffee to the next level with Keto Collagen which features MCT oil and 13 grams of protein from pasture-raised cows. This is the perfect morning or afternoon beverage that will keep you full for hours!

Keto Collagen Coffee

Serves: 1

Time: 5 minutes


  • 8 oz. coffee
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop Keto Collagen
  • 1 tbsp coconut butter


  1. Add cinnamon to coffee grounds before you brew
  2. Add brewed coffee, Keto Collagen, and coconut butter to blender
  3. Blend until well-mixed
